I had a wonderful stay at Vertical Suite. The staff, from the welcoming front office staff to the friendly guard, were all incredibly helpful and welcoming. The room was spacious and I loved that it had a washer, making it convenient for me to wash my laundry during my stay. The location of the hotel was also great, with 2 shopping malls and a night market within walking distance. there was a steamboat restaurant right beside the hotel.

The room at The Vertical Suite was absolutely amazing! The decor was so unique and each room had its own special charm. The 24-hour room service and jetted bathtub were total luxuries, and the premium bedding made for the most comfortable sleep ever. And let's not forget about the air conditioning - a lifesaver in Bangkok's heat!

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of having a kitchen in the room. It's just not something I really needed during my stay.

The huge park across from the hotel was an added bonus. our stay was absolutely fantastic and we highly recommend this hotel, especially for those attending an exhibition at BITEC.

Opposite the hotel, multiple food options and a supermarket in a shopping mall. Suitable for a stopover before a flight or visiting the healthcare message shops and Mega shopping mall in Bangna.

Spacious rooms with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The apartment-style setup was perfect for our family. The breakfast included in the room package was tasty and satisfying. We appreciated the good wifi connection and the convenience of having three malls nearby. Despite a few minor issues, we enjoyed our time at The Vertical Suite and would recommend it to others. a great choice for a comfortable and convenient stay.

I chose this hotel for attending a conference and found it very convenient. The hotel has 2 meeting rooms available for events, and the business center was well-equipped. It made my work easier having access to these facilities.

The only service that I missed for my work was the lack of a dedicated printing and photocopying service. It would have been helpful to have a business center that offered these services for convenience.

The hotel was good value for money. The spacious rooms had great city views and were equipped with a kitchen with full-sized appliances and a washing machine. The daily breakfast buffet was impressive and offered both Thai and Western options.

The hotel's location was somewhat inconvenient, requiring a taxi to reach most tourist spots. It was also quite far from the city center.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by the friendly staff and quickly settled into my spacious room. Here, I was pleased to find exclusive amenities such as a private jacuzzi and a sauna - truly luxurious touches. The spa centre was top-notch, and I enjoyed a relaxing massage that left me feeling rejuvenated. The indoor swimming pool was stunning, complete with a pool with a view and beautiful garden area. The on-site restaurant was a highlight of my stay, serving up delicious meals with excellent presentation.

Although this hotel fulfilled my luxurious needs, there was one minor issue that detracted from my experience. However, this did not take away from the overall enjoyment of my stay here.
